1. Eligibility
To register or create an account with TOGOEuro Exim Gaming S.A., you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
a. You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age for online gambling in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).
b. You must not be restricted or prohibited by law from participating in online gaming or gambling activities in your jurisdiction.

TOGOEuro Exim Gaming S.A. reserves the right to reject any registration or suspend or terminate your account at any time, at its sole discretion, especially if you are in breach of the terms and conditions provided herein.
3. Account Verification
TOGOEuro Exim Gaming S.A. is required to verify the identity of all users in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) laws and/or regulations and other legal requirements as may be provided under applicable government issuances and/or treaties. You agree to provide any documentation or information requested by TOGOEuro Exim Gaming S.A. to complete this verification process. These may include, but are not limited to the following:
a. Government-issued ID
b. Proof of billing address
c. Proof of payment method
Failure to provide the requested documents may result in delays in account activation or the suspension of your account.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits: You may fund your account through the payment methods available on the TOGOEuro Exim Gaming S.A. platform. Deposits are subject to processing fees, whenever applicable.
Withdrawals: Withdrawals may only be made to the payment method(s) used for deposits. You agree to comply with all withdrawal limits, terms, and conditions set by TOGOEuro Exim Gaming S.A.. TOGOEuro Exim Gaming S.A. may require verification of your identity before processing a withdrawal.
Currency and Fees: All transactions will be processed in the currency supported by TOGOEuro Exim Gaming S.A.. TOGOEuro Exim Gaming S.A. reserves the right to apply transaction fees or conversion fees depending on your chosen method of payment.

d. Promoting or engaging in illegal gambling activities.
e. Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of exploiting promotions or bonuses.
Violations of these Terms and Conditions may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account, forfeiture of winnings, and potential legal action.
11. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, logos, and software used in connection with TOGOEuro Exim Gaming S.A., are owned by or licensed to TOGOEuro Exim Gaming S.A.. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Services solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

12. No Warranty

Obtaining any services and products through the use of the site or applications is done at your own discretion and at your own risk. Pro-forma shall have no responsibility for any damage to your computer system, loss of data, errors, viruses, or delays in operation that results from the download of any content, services, information or software.
13. Limitation of Liability
TOGOEuro Exim Gaming S.A. will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services provided by TOGOEuro Exim Gaming S.A.. This includes but is not limited to any losses due to system errors, interruptions, or technical issues.
You agree to indemnify and hold TOGOEuro Exim Gaming S.A. harmless from any resulting claims, liabilities, losses, or damages from your violation of these Terms and Conditions or any applicable laws.
14. Modification of Terms
TOGOEuro Exim Gaming S.A. reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time, and such changes will be effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically to stay informed of any changes. Your continued use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of any modifications thereof.
15. Termination
TOGOEuro Exim Gaming S.A. reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination for cause, you will forfeit any remaining account balance, unless otherwise required by law.
16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Timor-Leste. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Singapore in accordance with the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
17. Legal Framework and Principal Authorization
TOGOEuro Exim Gaming S.A. operates its online gaming platform pursuant to the authority granted by ARL Kapstaad, Unipessoal, LDA (“KAPSTAAD”), the principal entity duly authorized by the Government of Timor-Leste through its Ministry of Tourism, Commerce and Industry (“MTCI”), to hold and conduct online gaming, gambling, and betting activities, lotteries, and other similar operations in accordance with the concession agreement executed between MTCI and KAPSTAAD pursuant to Decree Law No. 6/2016, approved on 20 April 2016.
For this purpose, KAPSTAAD has engaged the services of TOGOEuro Exim Gaming S.A. to provide an online gaming platform, as well as the contents thereof, for various online lottery, gambling, and betting activities, including but not limited to online cockfighting operations, to be conducted and managed by TOGOEuro Exim Gaming S.A. and/or any of its nominees, within Timor-Leste and any other territories as may be approved by MTCI thereafter.
